Shipment Policy

  • myEthnix will provide FREE SHIPPING to anywhere within India, for product(s) value of Rs 1999 and above. Please make sure that updated and complete postal address with the correct Pin code is provided to us for a successful shipment.
  • Once the item(s) are handed over to the Courier, we will email you the shipment details of your order. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website details along with expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on our order status page. Please note that Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
  • In the event of a reverse shipment of the order due to RETURNS, customer needs to pay the reverse shipment charges, which will be adjusted with the refund amount.
    For an EXCHANGE option availed by the customer, we will be happy to absorb the reverse shipment charges and not debit any amount from the customer.
  • We will not be held responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer’s address by postal / courier agency.
  • Please note any address alteration request needs to be registered before placement of an order and not after an order is registered.
  • In case of incorrect delivery address or if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier, the order will stand cancelled and no refund will be available to the customer.
  • At present, myEthnix will cater to domestic customer’s only, i.e., to those customers who are residing in India. We are planning to start international shipments soon.
  • myEthnix reserves the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
