myEthnix is committed to customer satisfaction. We value our customers at the time of sale as well as after-sale. We have easy and hassle-free return/exchange policies in case of size/ fittings issue. However, we encourage to accept the product if there is slight mismatch in colour as depicted on photos, as the same can happen due to individual device settings; and, if there’s any minor differences in designs, as the products are handcrafted and some minor deviations are so normal.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Eligible products can be returned within 7 days starting from the date of delivery. You need to raise a request for return/ exchange from My orders section on the website. The item(s) for reverse pick up will be picked up within 5 business days from the date of request.
  2. Please ensure that the merchandise has not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged and is returned in a saleable condition with all tags intact and is packed inside the package received at the time of delivery.
  3. On receipt of the returned product(s), we will initiate the refund after it has gone through the necessary quality checks. Refund will be initiated to your source account (or bank account in case of cash on delivery) within 5 working days after the item is received at our centre.
  4. In case of exchange, subject to the availability of the product(s), the replacement item will be shipped to your address after we receive the earlier shipment. Please note that merchandise can be exchanged only once.
  5. If a pin code/area is not serviceable for reverse pick up, the customer needs to ship the product back to us. In case of any loss-in-transit, the myEthnix team cannot be held responsible.
  6. Not all products are eligible for returns, like items on Sale or items under ‘Collectibles’ section. Please check eligibility of the product for returns before purchase.
  7. The shipping charges for RETURNS must be borne by the customer, which will be adjusted with the refund money. In case EXCHANGE is availed by the customer, myEthnix shall be happy to bear the reverse shipment charges, and no adjustment will be made to the customer’s fund. Also, if there is a PARTIAL RETURN out of an order where multiple products have been purchased, the reverse shipment charges will be borne by us.
  8. Please note that items under ‘Collectibles’ are non-returnable.
  9. Please inspect your product thoroughly upon receiving. In an unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us at support@myethnix.in with a photo and/or video of the damaged product within 12 hours of receipt of your order. We’ll address the issue on a case to case basis.
  10. No refunds will apply in case of incorrect delivery address or if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier
  11. The exchange, return & refund policies are applicable only on domestic orders. We are not doing international shipment at present.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 12 hours of placing the order.  You need to request for cancellation from ‘My orders’ section on the website.
