What is meant by ethnic wear?
Ethnic wear can be defined as an evolution of traditional wear. Here the costume is used to represent the culture or identity of a specific ethnic group.
Wearing ethnic garments in festivals or during celebrations is a way of recognizing the customary qualities that have been passed down through generations.
How do I know which size to choose?
It is always a good idea to check the brand’s size chart by measuring yourself and comparing those measurements to the brand’s size chart to help determine the best size for you. Please note that all measurements are in inches (in) and not in centimetres (cm).
Do you take requests for customization of products?
Customization of products is not available. You can instead select your style from our array of products.
Can I exchange or return a dress if it does not fit?
Where can I check my order details?
You can view your order details by logging into your account on our website www.myethnix.in. Upon login, you will see an option called – My Orders, where you can find all your orders.
Additionally, a confirmatory email will be sent to your registered email id upon placing an order.
Can I change my address after placing the order?
You cannot change the delivery address after placing the order. Modifications/ changing the delivery address is possible only before an order is placed.
Can I book order for delivery to more than one address?
Each order is shipped to a single address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you need to place separate orders for each address.
Can my debit/credit card be compromised while making a payment online?
We do not collect or store your card information with us. All the payments are processed through secured online payment gateway.
Your card issuing bank authorizes or rejects the transaction, based on which we process or reject the order. At no point do we receive/store your card details.
Why are there variations in same designs in handcrafted garments?
Each handcrafted garment is a unique piece. Subtle variations in the same design makes each piece unique. These are not defects, rather it’s true essence.

You can contact our customer service via email on support@myethnix.in or via WhatsApp on +91 7439296746. Please note that our working hours are 11am to 6pm from Monday to Friday; and 11am-3pm on Saturday. Our office is closed on Sundays and other public holidays.
